 General Information
Napier City Council’s role in community development involves supporting
and encouraging voluntary and community-based organisations in Napier, to address
important social issues in the City through self-help processes.
The Community Development Manager, states that the team’s
purpose is about “building community spirit, helping residents to identify
solutions to community issues and to encourage people to enjoy being part of
Napier”.
