Event: Music Hall meets Vaudeville - A pre-Christmas show which is guaranteed to have you rolling in the aisles.
Date/Time: Thursday 12th Nov through to Saturday 28th Nov
Description: Meal/Show - Wed-Sat -7pm, Dessert night Tues - 8pm, Matinee Sun 22nd Nov - 2pm. Music Hall Meets Vaudeville Napier Operatic is delighted to welcome the talents of Wendy Revell in this fresh take on an old favourite. Wendy has devised and is directing this pre-Christmas show which is guaranteed to have you rolling in the aisles. Gorgeous girls, handsome men, some great comedians and a fast-paced delivery will keep you entertained all night. The cast will travel through England, France and America singing rousing renditions of popular favourites, plus there will be some surprise guest artists. Joanne Stevens, who co-directed last year's hit show The Producers, is taking the cast through their musical paces and the choreography is in the very capable hands of Diana Shand. www.nos.org.nz

James Barrie's Peter Pan has enchanted audiences for more than a century, and the Royal New Zealand Ballet captures all the excitement and fun of this swashbuckling family favourite. Leave the mundane behind and watch the whimsical world of make-believe unfold as Peter Pan flies through the window of the Darling nursery in search of his shadow. After teaching the children to fly, they set out on an adventure like no other - to the home of the Lost Boys, Neverland. There they encounter the ferocious Hook and his gang of pirates, red Indians and the cheeky fairy Tinkerbell. Event: Music for Advent

Description: A magical choral service for Advent Sunday. Featuring music by Palestrina, Britten, Howells and Tavener and antiphons sung to plainsong by the men of the choir.
