The Napier City Council has eight different halls and venues for hire, the links below will explain all the relative information
about the halls and venues.

All venues have their own Conditions of Hire and Emergency Evacuation procedures which will be given to you on confirmation
of your hire.

War Memorial Centre
Located on the beach of Napier's famous Marine Parade, the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre offers an all
purpose built venue that uniquely combines spectacular outlooks with functional layout. If you are looking for high standards of
presentation, well located amenities, a full range of support facilities, ample seating capacities and stunning views of the
Pacific Ocean, then Napier's War Memorial Conference Centre is the function centre for you.
The Napier War Memorial Conference Centre is a completely air conditioned facility which offers a range of complementary
sized rooms that can be used in combination or individually.

Kenndey Park
Our air-conditioned conference room is available for seminars, meetings, training sessions and functions.
The following capacities are available: Boardroom seats 24, U-shape seats 36, Theatre seats 80, Classroom seats 50.
All Audio-visual aids are available, and our adjacent Restaurant and Bar can provide a full catering service. Email us
to enquire as to availability of specific dates, and to receive an estimate of costs.

National Aquarium of New Zealand
| Have your function in the National Aquarium Exhibition Hall, with the unique Pania Reef tank as your backdrop.
The exhibition hall is situated beside the oceanarium and your guests can also view the ocean tank through the tunnel
while riding on the moving walkway.
This facility can be hired at $55.00 per hour and can house up to 100 people standing and 60 people concert style.

Century Theatre
| The Century Theatre is Hawke's Bay premier mid-sized performance venue, hosting a regular programme of meetings
and lectures. The fully soundproof theatre boasts superb acoustics, air-conditioning and a host of ancillary conference equipment - including
a full size cinema screen, video projection, Steinway piano, lapel microphones and lighting.
Theatre style tiered seating accommodates a 330 capacity audience in comfort.
As well as the Theatre, conference space includes the foyer, gallery and Founders' Room breakout areas within the Museum complex.
Bar and kitchen/catering facilities are also available.

Pettigrew Green Arena
| Pettigrew Green Arena is an amazing all-weather sports and events centre right here in Hawke's Bay.
The 2400 square-metre stadium area has a capacity for 2500 people, catering for regional, national and international sport. It
can be used as a conference venue, seating 800+ people banquet style, and can host 4000 people for music concerts.
There are a number of function/meeting rooms available for conferences, presentations, lectures and just about anything else
you can dream of for groups of 10 to 200 people. Three state-of-the-art squash courts, an aerobics/dance studio, a sports
science lab, consultancy rooms and a fully equipped fitness centre complete the facility, making it a truly all-purpose venue.
