Find out what happens when you have finished a resource consent project.
Once you have complied with all conditions of your resource consent, we will assess the consent. If there are no outstanding conditions we will confirm this to you in writing.
Some resource consents have conditions that need to be complied with on an ongoing basis and annual charges may apply.
If you have an active land use resource consent attached to a property and you decide to sell, all associated costs and responsibilities will stay with the new land owner.
If you no longer wish to use your resource consent, you can surrender it.
